Twisted Tap Distillery is a locally owned Michigan craft distillery specializing in small-batch bourbon, maple-infused spirits, and handcrafted liquors rooted in our family's maple heritage.
Built on four generations of maple tradition and carried on by three brothers, we approach distilling the same way we approach syrup—with patience, care, and attention to every detail. From grain to glass, each batch is crafted by hand and refined until it's ready. We're proud to bring the same commitment to sustainability that's guided our sugarbush to everything we distill.

Meet the Distiller
Jason Post joined Twisted Tap Distillery as our Head Distiller with two lifelong loves: great bourbon and real maple syrup — and together, we’re bringing those two worlds together, one pour at a time.
Jason has been distilling since 2016 and brings a deep respect for classic recipes, balanced flavors, and time-honored technique — so if you loved the original Wise Men favorites, don’t worry… they’re still here. But with Jason at the helm, you’ll also start tasting some new twists, creative finishes, and a little extra maple magic along the way.
Equal parts craftsman and flavor nerd, Jason’s mission is simple: make spirits that are smooth, memorable, and just adventurous enough to keep you coming back for another pour.
